more about covid protection

financial protection guarantee

While it's the last thing you want on your mind when booking a trip, you can rest assured that your holiday is completely safe with armada travel partners NUCO Travel who ensure every aspect of your holiday is financially protected.

what if the trip is cancelled due to covid?

If the trip is unable to go ahead due to COVID, then you would receive a full cash refund. No vouchers, no time limits, no claiming on insurance, just money straight into your bank account.

if i change my mind, what happens?

If the trip can go ahead but you change your mind, your deposit is non-refundable (simply because we have to pay suppliers). Where we can, we will transfer your booking to another trip or the following year but if this is not possible, your deposit is retained. Following balance payment deadline, normal cancellation terms apply unless as above, we have to cancel your trip due to COVID

if you cancel the trip because of covid, is there another option?

If we cancel your trip due to COVID, we will always try and offer you an alternative to move to rather than just cancel. We have our thinking caps on all the time

The base fee or mooring fee is €80 per person paid in cash at check in. This is used to pay mooring fees, fuel, end of stay cleaning and tourist tax. We will of course remind everyone of this at the time of booking and in pre-trip information.

where do we fly to?

For Greece: The closest airport to our base is Corfu Airport. Flights to Corfu are available from multiple airports throughout the summer. Croatia: The closest airport to our base is Split Airport. Flights to Split are available from multiple airports throughout the summer. You can also fly to Zadar or Dubrovnik, which means a longer transfer in Croatia, but prices can be cheaper.

what time should we arrive/ leave?

Arrival Saturday: Check in opens at our base from 2pm and will stay open until the last person arrives that evening to give you maximum flexibility when choosing your flights and managing your budget. Returning home: We return to base early afternoon on the Friday, so flights on Friday night are possible. However we can also stay on the boats until 9am Saturday morning, and most people choose to fly home on Saturday.

You can see our armada boats here.

But the basics you need to know:

They range in sizes from 6-10 There are 3 standards of boats you can book; classic, premium, Super Premium. If you are with a group of friends and you fill one of the boats available, this is your private home for the week (on water) If you are a smaller group of friends (who don't fill a boat), you will share with others

who do we share cabins with?

If you book on as a group of friends, you will be asked to allocate yourselves into cabins together before travel. Remember, you will need to be in even numbers to have the cabins all to yourselves. For example, if there are 5 of you, this will be 2 x double cabins and 1 x bed in a shared cabin

If you book on as part of a large group trip, you will be allocated into a double cabin with another booker. You will have the opportunity to request to share with someone through your group leader. The cabins are certainly cosy so be prepared to get to know each other!
